Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy unless stated otherwise at the time of order on the order form page during checkout*.
• *If there is a 2-week guarantee mentioned on the order form checkout page at the time of your purchase, we will refund your purchase if requested within 14 days after the date of your order. In order to receive a refund, you must email our support team at support@profits.click within 14 days of your purchase and request a refund. If you contact us AFTER 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• Done For Your / Built For You Services: Since these services require manual labor like creating a SKOOL community or creating a sales funnel, all purchases made to Profits.Click are non-refundable or exchangeable.

• Custom Projects: Since these services require manual labor like creating a SKOOL community or creating a sales funnel, all purchases made to Profits.Click are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• The Influencer's Handbook: PDF Download: Cancel within the first 30 days and you’ll receive a 100% refund - If you email us and request to cancel your account within the first 30 days after your original purchase date, we will issue a full refund.
  The Influencer's Handbook: Physical Copy: Since this is a physical product that is shipped to you, we do not offer refunds for this purchase.

Please Note: All cancellations must be done via email. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. If you feel that we didn’t cancel your account when you requested, please forward us a copy of your original email response to support@profits.click and we will honor your refund if we can find a matching correspondence in our helpdesk.

Profits.Click reserves the right to amend any information, including but no limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

If you do not receive the digital product link or download option upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@profits.click with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
